The various species of marine life are grouped in well-lit tanks and pools which makes it possible to observe, at eye-level, the endless ballet enacted by our island surrounding eco-system.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The aquarium is home to a large number of species, including the Crown squirrelfish and the Batfish as well as clownfish, butterfly fish, lobsters and crabs, to name but a few. An added attraction offered by the Mauritius Aquarium is the possibility of witnessing the feeding sessions which take place daily at 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. It is not every day that one sees, Giant Morays sharks and sea turtles, within arm\u2019s reach, being fed by hand. Admission: Rs. 250 (adult), Rs. 125 (children 2-12 years), Rs. 650 (family: 2 adults + 2 children).
